Responsibilities
- Collaborate with account executives to identify client requirements, guide sales approaches, and jointly own results.
- Lead technical discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and presentations, customizing communication while promoting standardized solutions.
- Evaluate technical compatibility early in the sales cycle, flag potential risks, and question unviable opportunities.
- Deliver objective assessments of sales pipeline health and likelihood of closing during forecasting cycles.
- Guide clients in understanding their security posture with actionable, real-world advice.
- Manage responses to RFPs and RFIs, ensuring alignment with client expectations and internal technical capabilities.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact, resolving most technical inquiries and escalating to engineering or SOC teams when necessary.
