As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you'll play a key technical role in advancing enterprise adoption of an intelligent workplace platform across Latin America. Working closely with sales teams, you'll engage with high-level stakeholders to understand business needs, design tailored technical solutions, and demonstrate platform capabilities aligned with specific industries and operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives to navigate enterprise sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers, including C-suite leaders
- Design and present customized demo environments based on customer-specific use cases and business lines
- Lead and manage the full proof-of-concept lifecycle, from scoping to technical validation
- Conduct technical discovery sessions with clients to assess integration requirements and deployment scenarios
- Address security inquiries and articulate platform safeguards to build customer confidence
- Translate customer feedback to internal product and engineering teams to influence roadmap decisions
- Develop business value analyses and ROI models to support customer decision-making
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years in solutions engineering or technical consulting within SaaS environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
- Proven experience supporting enterprise sales processes with technical leadership
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex systems clearly
- Background in cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Familiarity with agent-based architectures or workflow orchestration tools like LangGraph
- Working knowledge of large language models, including embeddings, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and prompt design
- Proficiency in Python or Java, with experience integrating and managing API-driven systems
- Self-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
