This position involves working closely with sales and engineering teams to deliver tailored technical solutions for complex customer challenges, ensuring seamless implementation and ongoing support for cloud communication platforms.
Responsibilities
- Collive with sales teams to understand client requirements and design appropriate technical solutions
- Deliver product demonstrations tailored to customer-specific use cases
- Develop proof-of-concept implementations to validate technical feasibility
- Provide expert-level support during integration and deployment phases
- Troubleshoot technical issues across APIs and communication channels
- Translate business needs into scalable technical architectures
- Assist in writing technical documentation and implementation guides
- Engage with engineering teams to relay customer feedback and feature requests
- Support RFP and procurement processes with technical expertise
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform capabilities and industry trends
- Advocate for best practices in API integration and system design
- Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients during technical discussions
- Participate in pre-sales activities to strengthen customer acquisition
- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and performance standards
- Collaborate with customer success teams during post-sale transitions
