Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to define sales strategies, lead discovery discussions, and deliver impactful product demonstrations that guide executive decision-making
- Customize demonstrations to highlight value for technical, operational, and business stakeholders, building trust and credibility with clients
- Turn complex customer needs into clear, actionable solutions that drive measurable business results
- Gain in-depth knowledge of industry competitors and contribute to winning key competitive replacement opportunities
- Serve as a product expert by mastering current platform capabilities and influencing dialogue around upcoming innovations
- Support responses to RFIs and RFPs, positioning the company as the preferred partner for large organizations
- Bridge Sales with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to ensure customer insights inform product development and improvements

Compensation
Your compensation may be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications. Motive offers benefits including health, pharmacy, optical and dental care benefits, paid time off, sick time off, short term and long term disability coverage, life insurance as well as 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The on-target earnings (base pay + commissions) for this role: $180,000 - $220,000 USD
