Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand their business workflows and pain points
- Design and deliver customized product demonstrations that align with client-specific use cases
- Collaborate with sales representatives to develop winning strategies for complex deals
- Respond to client inquiries about system integration, data migration, and security protocols
- Translate technical features into business benefits during customer presentations
- Support the creation of proof-of-concept implementations for high-priority prospects
- Gather feedback from client interactions to inform product development teams
- Assist in qualifying technical aspects of inbound leads
- Develop reusable demonstration scripts and sales enablement materials
- Stay current on industry trends in real estate technology and financial operations
- Work with legal and compliance teams to address client security questionnaires
- Participate in product training for internal stakeholders
- Track technical sales activities and outcomes in CRM systems
- Coordinate with customer success teams to ensure smooth handoffs post-sale
- Advocate for customer needs in cross-functional meetings
