About the Role

This role involves collaborating with sales teams to win new clients by delivering tailored technical demonstrations, addressing integration questions, and translating client requirements into product solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical discovery sessions with prospective clients to understand their business workflows and pain points
  • Design and deliver customized product demonstrations that align with client-specific use cases
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to develop winning strategies for complex deals
  • Respond to client inquiries about system integration, data migration, and security protocols
  • Translate technical features into business benefits during customer presentations
  • Support the creation of proof-of-concept implementations for high-priority prospects
  • Gather feedback from client interactions to inform product development teams
  • Assist in qualifying technical aspects of inbound leads
  • Develop reusable demonstration scripts and sales enablement materials
  • Stay current on industry trends in real estate technology and financial operations
  • Work with legal and compliance teams to address client security questionnaires
  • Participate in product training for internal stakeholders
  • Track technical sales activities and outcomes in CRM systems
  • Coordinate with customer success teams to ensure smooth handoffs post-sale
  • Advocate for customer needs in cross-functional meetings
