Responsibilities
- Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and business objectives.
- Work internally to define and propose optimal planning solutions.
- Leverage industry trends and planning capabilities to design, pitch, and deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Collaborate with internal sales partners on client proposals.
- Develop and present compelling pitches that articulate Nielsen's value proposition.
- Lead Planning and Audience solutions for Broadcast, Audio, and Digital verticals.
- Manage the full consultative sales cycle including prospecting, pitching, and negotiating deals.
- Take a new perspective on solving complex problems within the vertical.
- Mentor and guide junior colleagues and internal partners.
- Present to senior client stakeholders and build relationships.
- Proactively anticipate client needs and expand solution penetration.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for new and existing Planning and Audience products.
- Collaborate with Account Management, Client Insights, and Product Leadership to identify and execute new business opportunities.
- Create and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and revenue forecast in Salesforce.
Requirements
- Experience in consultative sales cycle management.
- Ability to present to senior client stakeholders and build relationships.
- Proven ability to manage complex problem-solving independently.
- Experience in mentoring or guiding junior colleagues.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including Account Management, Client Insights, and Product Leadership.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce for pipeline and revenue forecasting.
