Lead the design and articulation of integrated technology solutions for large-scale client engagements as a Senior Solution Lead. This role plays a pivotal part in transforming vague client objectives into structured, technically sound proposals that align business goals with delivery realities. Working remotely, you will collaborate across sales, product, and delivery teams to craft differentiated responses to RFIs, RFPs, and executive briefings.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert high-level client needs into clear solution blueprints using tools such as Figma, Miro, or Adobe, ensuring technical credibility and strategic alignment
- Facilitate discovery sessions to uncover core challenges and define winning outcomes for both client and provider
- Develop persuasive presentations, narratives, and pricing models in Google Workspace, PowerPoint, or Canva to outposition competitors
- Bridge executive-level business priorities—like ROI, risk, and transformation goals—with technical execution details in architecture, delivery, and tradeoffs
- Own the end-to-end solution narrative across pursuit phases, from initial inquiry to final presentation
- Deliver value-based pricing estimates that incorporate software, cloud, infrastructure, and licensing components across POC, MVP, and commercial deployments
- Design holistic solutions spanning application modernization, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, security, and AI-integrated tooling
- Apply deep expertise in at least one technical domain while orchestrating cross-functional solution design
- Integrate AI strategically across workflows, including agent-based automation, private AI environments, and model-augmented applications
- Translate proven capabilities into repeatable, market-ready offerings and reference architectures
- Work with Product, Delivery, and Marketing to refine go-to-market strategies and sales enablement assets
- Document insights from closed deals and delivery cycles to strengthen future proposals and solution patterns
- Advise sales teams on deal strategy, qualification, and pursuit planning
- Coordinate with delivery leadership to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, profitable, and distinct in the market
- Develop reusable frameworks, messaging, and pricing models to scale pre-sales effectiveness
- Mentor junior solution engineers and contribute thought leadership across the organization
Qualifications
- 7–12+ years in pre-sales, solutions architecture, or consulting within IT services, SaaS, cloud, or AI-driven technology environments
- Proven track record influencing or closing multi-million-dollar services deals, especially multi-tower or long-term engagements
- Solid grasp of software development lifecycles, cloud migrations, modernization initiatives, and infrastructure operations
- Experience designing solutions with AI components such as RAG systems, intelligent agents, copilots, or automated workflows
- Ability to build robust pricing models—including time-and-materials, fixed-bid, managed services, and outcome-based structures
- Strong communication skills in English, with experience presenting to C-suite stakeholders
- Experience working in distributed, global teams across multiple time zones
Preferred Background
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms
- Familiarity with modern data and AI ecosystems, including Snowflake, Databricks, vector databases, and LLM orchestration tools
- Background in consulting organizations such as Big 4 firms, global system integrators, or boutique consultancies
- Industry experience in BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, or Healthcare sectors
Technology Environment
Work with a broad set of tools including Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace, PowerPoint, Canva, and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Engage with modern data stacks like Snowflake and Databricks, as well as vector databases and frameworks for managing large language models.
Work Environment
This is a remote position open to candidates in the United States, with primary alignment to the Seattle region. The role supports a global delivery model and requires collaboration across time zones.
Compensation
Base salary range: $150,000—$180,000 USD. Equity and additional compensation components are not disclosed at this time.
