As a Senior Solution Lead in Pre-Sales & Solution Strategy, you will play a central role in defining and driving end-to-end solution design for multi-million-dollar engagements. Operating at the intersection of business, technology, and client strategy, you’ll translate high-level client challenges into clear, actionable architectures and value propositions that guide pursuit success.
What You’ll Do
- Lead discovery sessions to uncover client needs and shape winning solution strategies, balancing business outcomes with technical feasibility
- Design comprehensive solution narratives using visual and presentation tools, differentiating our approach in competitive scenarios
- Articulate value across executive and technical levels—from ROI and risk to architecture, delivery models, and tradeoffs
- Develop pricing frameworks tied to business impact, covering cloud, software, AI models, and managed services across POC, MVP, and commercial phases
- Own solution integrity across domains: applications modernization, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, security-by-design, and AI-integrated systems
- Apply practical knowledge of AI in enterprise contexts, including agentic workflows, RAG implementations, and copilot-enhanced applications
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to refine go-to-market strategies, reusable assets, and scalable offerings
- Inform solution evolution by capturing insights from active deals and delivery engagements
- Mentor emerging solution architects and contribute to thought leadership within the organization
What We’re Looking For
- 7–12+ years in solutions architecture, pre-sales engineering, or consulting within IT services, SaaS, or cloud/AI-driven environments
- Proven experience shaping or closing deals valued at $1M+ with multi-year or multi-component scope
- Deep familiarity with SDLC, cloud migration, modernization, and enterprise architecture patterns
- Experience designing solutions with AI integration—such as intelligent automation, model orchestration, or RAG systems
- Ability to build flexible pricing models including time-and-materials, fixed-bid, managed services, and outcome-based structures
- Strong communication skills in English, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
- Comfort working across global, distributed teams and time zones
Preferred Background
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Exposure to modern data and AI platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, vector databases, or LLM orchestration tools
- Consulting experience in firms focused on strategy, technology, or digital transformation
- Industry expertise in BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, or Healthcare sectors
