Lead the execution of software projects for innovative gaming and personal workspace products as a Senior Software Project Manager based in Shanghai. You will guide agile teams through the full development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration between hardware, embedded systems, and software applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as Scrum Master for multiple teams, facilitating ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos to maintain agile best practices.
- Manage product backlogs in collaboration with Product Owners and ensure alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource coordination across Engineering, QA, Design, and Product Management teams.
- Identify, track, and resolve risks and blockers, implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Communicate progress regularly to stakeholders through formal reviews and status updates, escalating issues when necessary.
- Champion process efficiency by identifying gaps in current workflows and driving improvements in development practices.
- Support tools and systems that standardize software delivery and enhance team productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of experience managing software projects in consumer electronics or a related field.
- Scrum Master certification with at least one year of hands-on experience applying Scrum methodologies.
- Strong grasp of software development life cycles and hybrid development models.
- Ability to bridge technical and non-technical domains, particularly between hardware and software components.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence across functions and geographies.
- Understanding of user experience principles and a commitment to product quality.
