What You'll Do
- Design and implement robust, scalable systems that support evolving product needs
- Partner with product and design to turn user requirements into maintainable code
- Lead architectural decisions, balancing speed, scalability, and long-term health of the codebase
- Own components from concept through deployment and continuous improvement
- Set and uphold high standards for testing, CI/CD, and system observability
- Review code thoughtfully and support the growth of less experienced engineers
- Help define the technical roadmap, identifying opportunities to reduce bottlenecks and improve efficiency
