Responsibilities
- Lead a key area within trust and telemetry, such as OAuth/SSO, audit logging, data ingestion, or permissions systems.
- Guide features from concept to production, including documentation, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Design systems with reliability in mind, emphasizing observability, safe rollback mechanisms, and gradual rollouts.
- Take part in on-call rotations and contribute to incident reviews after system issues.
- Work closely with product and design teams to define scope and set priorities.
- Maintain clear, asynchronous communication as the default mode of collaboration.
- Support engineering growth through active participation in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Exchange thoughtful, actionable feedback with team members to foster a strong team culture.
