Revenue Vessel is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join our team of 6 startup veteran engineers. You’ll step in as a senior individual contributor who leans full-stack but brings backend strength, designing clean systems and shipping customer-facing features end to end. As an early team member, you’ll own significant pieces of the product and shape how we build.
What You'll Do
- Build agents that proactively draft outreach for sales reps when market signals fire, like a new trade lane opening up.
- Develop AI-powered account research and scoring that automatically qualifies prospects.
- Scale our data pipelines and backend systems as our customer base grows.

- Ship customer-facing features end to end.
What We're Looking For
- Comfort across the full stack and backend/data work, excelling in at least one area.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Never shy away from a problem just because you haven’t done it before.
- Comfort going fast when needed, but delivering bomb-proof systems when they’re required.
- Experience getting on calls with users, hearing their problems, and adapting what you were building based on that feedback.
- Previous experience at an early-stage startup with under 30 employees.
