What You'll Do
Design and implement automated testing frameworks to ensure the reliability and performance of software components within an Agile development cycle. Work closely with global teams to integrate testing early in the development process and support smooth delivery pipelines.
Develop and maintain automation scripts for functional and performance testing using industry-standard tools. Identify, document, and follow up on defects, ensuring timely resolution. Contribute to test strategy planning and help shape the long-term vision for test automation across systems.
Review system specifications and translate functional requirements into effective test cases. Communicate risks and progress to stakeholders, providing clear insights into testing coverage and quality metrics. Support team members through mentorship, knowledge sharing, and training in QA best practices.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in test automation and quality assurance, with 5–8 years of hands-on work using tools such as Selenium WebDriver with C#, Ranorex (C#), or JMeter for performance testing. Proficiency in validating test data using SQL Server is required.
Experience working in cloud-based testing environments is essential. You should be comfortable managing test data, estimating testing efforts, and maintaining existing software components through rigorous testing protocols.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes (AKS) in testing scenarios is advantageous. Exposure to Playwright for cross-browser test automation will strengthen your application.
