Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer
- Proficiency in Ruby on Rails
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with React and component-based front-end development
- Working knowledge of JavaScript and/or TypeScript
- Ability to thrive on a fully distributed team in a hybrid environment
