Responsibilities
- Develop full-stack systems from initial concept through to production deployment
- Take end-to-end ownership of the software development lifecycle including design, coding, testing, release, and ongoing improvements
- Collaborate within a compact team to deliver features rapidly while operating independently
- Participate in shaping system architecture and making practical technology choices
- Utilize artificial intelligence tools to enhance development speed, testing effectiveness, and code standards
- Continuously refine and improve software while upholding high standards for system stability and long-term maintainability
Requirements
- Minimum of seven years of professional software engineering experience
- Proven expertise across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure layers
- Willingness and ability to assume architectural responsibilities when necessary
- Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Thorough understanding of all phases of the software development lifecycle
- Extensive daily use of AI-powered coding tools and experience working in AI-Native development environments
- Practical experience applying AI-assisted development beyond simple code suggestions
- Skill in integrating AI capabilities throughout the development workflow, including prototyping, troubleshooting, test creation, quality assurance, code review, and security evaluation
- Knowledge of current AI-enhanced development platforms and modern engineering practices
Nice to Have
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and contemporary DevOps methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Typescript, Golang, or Rust
- Track record of deploying and supporting systems within AWS
- Background in AI engineering, particularly designing agent-based workflows that optimize performance and output quality using tools such as Pydantic AI, CrewAI, or LangGraph
