Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-performance backend services in Go that power essential payments, billing, and account management functions.
- Take full ownership of key backend services, ensuring they are reliable, observable, and clearly managed in production.
- Drive impactful technical initiatives such as launching new services, refactoring legacy systems, or improving system performance to enhance scalability and correctness.
- Improve system stability by proactively addressing technical debt, reducing incidents, and enhancing architectural resilience.
- Conduct and lead design and code reviews to elevate standards for code quality, testing, and production readiness.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure backend systems are accessible and well-integrated across functions.
- Ensure secure and efficient integration between backend services and blockchain-based smart contracts and on-chain components.
