Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-scale backend services that enable loan origination across various products and partner integrations
- Enhance system dependability, monitoring capabilities, and operational robustness for core origination platforms and APIs
- Modernize legacy components by refactoring and decoupling them into reusable, product-independent infrastructure
- Create workflow automation solutions to simplify partner integration, minimize manual effort, and ensure consistent system behavior
- Work closely with engineering, product, compliance, legal, and business teams to deliver secure, scalable lending solutions
- Lead technical architecture discussions, produce design specifications, and promote best practices in system monitoring and quality assurance
- Leverage AI-powered development tools and automation to increase developer efficiency and reduce repetitive tasks
- Support production systems through on-call duties, incident response, and post-mortem analysis to drive long-term improvements
