Responsibilities
- Develop a thorough understanding of the organization's offerings and use that insight during planning and development to ensure accurate feature implementation.
- Join and operate as a core member of a dedicated delivery team.
- Actively participate in a cross-disciplinary delivery unit focused on iterative product development.
- Take part in regular Agile SCRUM events and contribute meaningfully to each.
- Help refine and enhance the team’s delivery methods and workflows.
- Offer input on technical decisions, feature development, and process improvements.
- Integrate into a broader engineering department beyond the immediate team.
- Support department-wide efforts that strengthen overall development and deployment capabilities.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise and guiding professional growth.
- Work with other teams to address common technical obstacles.
- Recognize the consequences of technical debt and take steps to reduce it.
- Assist in resolving live system issues through on-call support and troubleshooting.
- Apply deep technical knowledge to solve complex software challenges.
- Design, implement, deploy, and maintain software that is reliable, scalable, and maintainable.
- Partner with technical leads to shape system architecture and design decisions.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive, respectful feedback.
- Help define and evolve development standards, practices, and policies.
- Create and update automated tests to improve coverage and reliability.
- Document technical solutions clearly and contribute to internal knowledge resources.
