Responsibilities
- Develop APIs, integrations, and data exchange frameworks connecting internal systems with external accounting, ERP, and AI platforms
- Take full ownership of integration workflows and service-level agreements, ensuring dependable data transfer with measurable performance standards
- Establish and maintain data contracts to safeguard downstream processes from disruptions due to upstream modifications
- Contribute directly through code reviews, task execution, and resolving high-priority data integrity issues
- Collaborate with product, design, research, business development, and go-to-market teams to deliver compliant and seamless integration experiences
- Influence technical strategy across the organization by promoting engineering priorities and integration standards
- Guide team members through design evaluations and collaborative coding sessions
- Implement monitoring solutions to track integration health and accelerate issue resolution
- Promote rapid, iterative development cycles supported by experimental analysis
- Participate in on-call duties to maintain and support live integration systems
