This role seeks a driven senior engineer to lead high-impact initiatives, mentor team members, and contribute to architectural decisions. Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy end-to-end product features independently
- Produce clear and structured technical design documentation
- Guide and support other engineers through mentorship
- Take ownership of application architecture and key technical decisions
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix software defects efficiently
- Build and maintain backend APIs using Node.JS
- Contribute to front-end development using React, Vue, or Ember in single-page applications
- Work closely with engineering, design, and product teams to deliver cohesive solutions
- Engage in Agile development processes from planning to delivery
- Write clean, modular, and testable code with long-term maintainability in mind
- Maintain a product-focused mindset with attention to user needs and experience
- Utilize technologies including JavaScript, Node.JS, Ember, Python, Docker, PostgreSQL, and Kubernetes
