What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with product leadership to define project scope and technical requirements
- Develop integration strategies, break down tasks, and provide accurate delivery estimates
- Write, test, and maintain clean, scalable code across backend and full-stack systems
- Lead and participate in code reviews, ensuring quality and consistency
- Support testing and deployment processes to deliver reliable updates
What We’re Looking For
- At least five years of experience in backend or full-stack development, ideally within fast-moving tech environments
- Proven track record building and maintaining large-scale applications serving thousands of active users
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- A proactive mindset—someone who takes initiative and sees projects through to completion
- Commitment to crafting intuitive, user-centered solutions
- Comfort working with uncensored content as part of an ethically driven development process
Preferred Background
- Experience or interest in generative AI, NLP, machine learning, or data science
- Previous work with globally distributed teams
Technology We Use
