In this role, you'll design and implement backend services using Go or Python, focusing on performance, scalability, and reliability across distributed environments.
What You'll Do
- Turn product requirements into technical designs and production-ready code for campaign automation features
- Build and maintain microservices, back-office APIs, and low-latency serving endpoints
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on system architecture and integration patterns
- Design systems that handle high-volume data flows with resilience and efficiency
- Implement comprehensive testing strategies, including unit, system, and performance testing
- Set up monitoring and observability tooling to proactively detect and resolve issues
- Contribute to DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
- Support production systems through incident response and ongoing optimization
- Document technical decisions and operational processes to ensure long-term maintainability
What We're Looking For
- Proven background in backend development with Go or Python
- Experience designing and operating microservices at scale
- Strong grasp of distributed systems, API design, and data modeling
- Familiarity with container orchestration platforms like GKE
- Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD workflows, and cloud infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with databases such as MongoDB and Redis
- Understanding of event-driven architectures, including Kafka or similar
