About the Role

Responsibilities
- Design and implement core AI functionalities within large-scale software systems
- Collaborate with data scientists to integrate machine learning models into production environments
- Optimize system performance for low-latency and high-availability requirements
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across the stack
- Contribute to architectural decisions for AI-related services
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to AI components
- Work closely with product teams to define technical requirements
- Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards
- Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions
- Mentor junior engineers on best practices in software development
- Support deployment and monitoring of AI services
- Evaluate new technologies and frameworks relevant to AI infrastructure
- Improve developer tooling and CI/CD pipelines
- Drive reliability and scalability of distributed systems
- Maintain documentation for AI system components
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in a technical discipline
