Requirements
- Demonstrated ability or readiness to work with the company's core automation platform
- Minimum of five years of direct experience in software development, platform engineering, or DevOps, focused on building and maintaining live systems
- Proven background in creating backend architectures that manage workflows across distributed services using integration or event-driven patterns
- Direct experience developing production-grade services, integrations, or worker components in server-side environments
- Hands-on work with continuous integration and deployment pipelines, infrastructure as code, and monitoring tools to ensure system reliability
- Strong proficiency in Java/Spring or equivalent backend frameworks used for service-oriented development
- Familiarity with cloud-native infrastructure, including networking, security principles, and cross-platform operating system management
- High level of accountability for both development and operations, with collaboration skills and interest in advancing in agentic and AI-powered automation
Nice to Have
- Practical experience with Camunda, BPMN, or similar workflow and orchestration tools
- Background in designing systems that coordinate autonomous agents or include human-in-the-loop decision workflows
- Experience shaping and managing contextual inputs for AI systems, including retrieval methods, business rules, constraints, and feedback mechanisms
- Track record integrating artificial intelligence or large language models into enterprise-grade systems

- Ability and/or willingness to use our product
- 3+ years (Senior: 5+ years) of hands-on experience in software engineering, platform, or DevOps roles, delivering and operating production-grade systems.
- Experience designing and building backend systems that coordinate logic across multiple services using integration patterns, orchestration, event-driven architectures, or distributed system concepts.
- Hands-on experience implementing services, integrations, or workers in a backend environment, contributing production-ready code.
- Practical DevOps experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and observability to run reliable systems in production
- Solid experience with Java/Spring or comparable backend technologies used for service and integration development.
- Understanding of cloud-native services, networking and security fundamentals, and operating systems across environments.
- Strong sense of ownership across build and run, comfort working cross-functionally, and motivation to grow into agentic orchestration and AI-driven automation.
Preferred (4)
