- Maintain a strong commitment to engineering quality and technical excellence
- Develop, implement, and sustain software systems emphasizing reliability, quality, and long-term maintainability
- Work closely with designers, producers, and engineers to define, build, and validate new features
- Engage in code review processes, create unit and integration tests, and help improve team development practices
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues in production and development environments
- Produce clear technical documentation and effectively communicate complex details across disciplines
- Contribute to and learn from shared tools, libraries, and platforms used across the project
