About the Role

Design and develop scalable systems for real-time, high-volume communication workflows while leading key product features from concept to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end development of core product features, from ideation and research through deployment and ongoing optimization.
Architect and implement scalable backend and frontend systems that support high-throughput, real-time operations such as SIP-based call routing and audio stream processing for speech recognition.
Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to define and deliver user-friendly, high-performance solutions, with direct input into product strategy and planning.
Serve as an example of engineering quality by guiding peers, sharing expertise, providing constructive feedback, and promoting a culture of learning and teamwork.
Champion code quality by helping establish, maintain, and evolve coding standards that ensure a clean, scalable, and sustainable codebase.
