Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle delivery of significant technical projects, managing scope, execution, and follow-up across web, desktop, and mobile interfaces along with supporting backend systems and APIs.
- Shape technical strategy across frontend and backend layers, making informed decisions on architecture, state handling, API structure, and performance for high-volume workflows.
- Advocate for intuitive user experiences by focusing on interaction design, accessibility standards, and visual refinement, using data and feedback to guide improvements.
- Work closely with product and design teams from early stages to define requirements, assess risks, explore options, and agree on balanced solutions.
- Enhance code quality and system reliability by advancing testing practices, monitoring capabilities, and engineering standards on both client and server sides.
- Support team growth through mentorship, thoughtful code reviews, knowledge sharing, and fostering a cooperative, inclusive engineering environment.
Work Arrangement
Hybrid schedule with required office presence on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays for collaboration.
