About the Role

Join a focused engineering team building the core delegate component for network management, delivering deep insight into distributed environments. You'll develop high-performance C++ applications that run close to the network, enabling scalable device discovery, protocol interaction, and real-time telemetry collection across diverse operating systems.

What You'll Do

  • Design and implement robust, scalable features in modern C++ (C++14 or newer), emphasizing performance and reliability
  • Optimize cross-platform functionality across Windows, Linux, and macOS using Qt and CMake
  • Develop asynchronous systems that efficiently manage large-scale device communication and resource utilization
  • Write comprehensive test cases and integrate quality assurance practices into every phase of development
  • Collaborate with backend, UI, and product teams to define and deliver technically sound, customer-focused solutions
  • Maintain a strong focus on software correctness, performance, and operational stability in mission-critical environments
  • Support fellow engineers in upholding high standards for code quality and system resilience

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • At least 7 years of professional C++ development experience
  • Strong command of cross-platform development and debugging across Windows and Unix-like systems
  • Proven experience with multi-threaded, high-performance applications and OS internals
  • Familiarity with Qt framework and CMake-based build systems
  • Ability to work effectively in agile, collaborative environments with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Experience contributing to testing strategies that ensure full functional coverage
