Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of major technical initiatives and serve as primary maintainer for critical codebases.
- Enhance and refactor current data and deployment pipelines to support increased product demand as the company expands.
- Decompose complex technical challenges into actionable tasks, ensuring consistent progress and resolving underlying issues from system incidents.
- Partner with team members to plan and implement long-term technical roadmaps, aligning immediate needs with future scalability.
- Guide less experienced engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and ongoing technical mentorship.
- Implement artificial intelligence tools to streamline operations and improve product functionality within an AI-powered care ecosystem.
- Continuously optimize system reliability, code maintainability, and application performance; contribute to architectural decisions and internal development tools.
- Convey technical concepts clearly to engineering and non-engineering stakeholders and maintain documentation for knowledge sharing.
