About the Role

We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Software Engineer to drive the development and implementation of advanced machine learning models and software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML, software engineering, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality products.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement scalable AI/ML models and software solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Work on the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Conduct code reviews and pair programming sessions.
Participate in the on-call rotation to ensure system reliability.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI/ML and software engineering.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team's growth.
Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of AI/ML models and software solutions.
Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
Conduct performance tuning and optimization of AI/ML models and software solutions.
Document technical designs, architecture, and processes.
Participate in the design and implementation of data pipelines and ETL processes.
Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in AI/ML models and software solutions.
Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for AI/ML and software engineering.
Collaborate with data scientists to integrate AI/ML models into software solutions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Participate in the development of technical roadmaps and project plans.
Conduct research and development to explore new AI/ML techniques and technologies.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering team.
Work on the development of real-time and batch processing systems.
Ensure the accuracy and reliability of AI/ML models and software solutions.
Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment and operation of AI/ML models and software solutions.
Participate in the development of user interfaces and user experience designs.
Conduct user acceptance testing and quality assurance.
