Responsibilities
- Design and implement the architecture for capturing, structuring, processing, storing, and querying operational and financial data across the platform.
- Develop event-driven systems, data pipelines, and analytical databases, including technologies like ClickHouse, to support scalable data infrastructure.
- Build AI agents and smart workflows that leverage internal data to detect issues, answer queries, assist decision-making, and automate customer workflows.
- Ensure data and AI systems are production-grade, with strong observability, security, fault tolerance, and cost efficiency.
- Implement safeguards for data integrity, access control, model uncertainty, and human-in-the-loop review processes.
- Establish evaluation frameworks and feedback mechanisms to assess system accuracy, reliability, latency, cost, and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including leadership, product, engineering, and customer support to identify high-value problems and deliver effective solutions.
