GlossGenius is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to focus on backend systems and platform integration for Google Pay. Based in Singapore, you will support multiple client teams building agents and features while developing your own agents to accelerate progress.
What You'll Do
- Participate in, or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to evaluate technology choices.
- Review code from other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices.
- Contribute to and update documentation or educational content based on product updates and user feedback.
- Triage product or system issues, debugging and resolving them by analyzing root causes and impacts.
- Execute and own the technical roadmap.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages.
- 3 years of full stack development, across back-end (Java, Python, Golang, or C++) and front-end (JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent).
- 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
- 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
Nice to Have
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- 2 years of experience building tools that improve developer velocity, code quality, and code health.
- 2 years of experience building infrastructure for Agentic AI.
- 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Experience developing accessible technologies.
