Responsibilities
- Support initiatives from initial planning and system design through complete application implementation and technical advisory for clients
- Balance workload across one or two simultaneous projects, collaborating within teams of varying size and complexity
- Collaborate with solution architects, project leads, UX/UI designers, and developers to shape and deliver robust, user-focused applications
- Develop standardized tools, workflows, and frameworks that enhance operational efficiency and long-term scalability for internal use and client delivery
Other
- Required Travel - Limited (<5%) travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events.
- Customer Facing - You will interact with customers regularly, sometimes daily, other times weekly/bi-weekly. Common touchpoints occur when qualifying potential opportunities, at project kickoff, throughout the engagement as progress is communicated, and at project close. You can expect to interact with a range of customer stakeholders, including engineers, technical project managers, and executives.
- Onboarding/Training - The first few weeks of onboarding are dedicated to learning and will encompass learning materials/assignments and compliance training, as well as meetings with relevant individuals. Details of the timeline are shared closer to the start date.
