Rising Team is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to build the next wave of AI-driven products for our team performance platform. You'll work across the full stack, lead feature design, and directly leverage AI to plan, build, test, and ship.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain scalable, high-performance applications across the full stack.
- Lead the design and implementation of new features in our core platform.
- Leverage AI to plan, build, test, and ship.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and Go-To-Market teams to deliver impactful solutions.
- Help shape team goals and plans, then own outcomes to ensure we hit our commitments.
- Proactively identify opportunities and drive improvements in engineering, our product, and our processes.
- Contribute to a fun and empowering team culture.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
- Able to scope and deliver projects quickly and independently at high quality.
- Comfort working in ambiguity and driving work forward with a bias toward action and iterative delivery.
- An open mindset, receptive to coaching and feedback.
- Genuine care about the impact of your work.
- A strong belief in the power of teamwork and shared success.
- Experience using AI tools to support full stack development.
