Responsibilities
- Create and sustain automated testing frameworks for web, mobile, and API-based applications
- Expand automated test coverage across browsers, mobile devices, and backend services
- Enhance the reliability of testing processes within CI/CD pipelines to support stable and confident software releases
- Analyze test failures, identify root causes, and resolve automation problems efficiently
- Minimize unstable tests and consistently improve the dependability of test suites
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies, plans, and acceptance criteria
- Partner with Product Managers, Developers, and QA teams to integrate quality assurance throughout the development lifecycle
- Conduct automation code reviews and advocate for best practices to strengthen testability
- Support quality assurance efforts across multiple product teams and help establish automation standards
- Lead initiatives to advance testing methodologies, tools, and overall quality practices organization-wide
