Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-performance, cross-platform applications using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and AWS.
- Establish coding and performance benchmarks to support long-term maintainability and team efficiency.
- Lead continuous integration and delivery practices by managing automated testing frameworks.
- Diagnose and fix technical issues across diverse and unknown codebases to enhance system performance and usability.
- Break down intricate systems into manageable tasks with precise estimates and defined dependencies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to shape technical strategies, user requirements, and validation criteria for complex systems.
- Guide and mentor software engineers, including senior-level peers, through knowledge sharing and design evaluations.
- Optimize Salesforce Commerce Cloud functionality for Hasbro Pulse, integrating payment systems and external APIs.
- Improve tools, documentation, and workflows to strengthen developer productivity and team coordination.
- Identify structural weaknesses and implement fixes that increase system reliability and scalability.
- Stay current with evolving technologies and propose innovative solutions to advance product capabilities.
