About the Role
The role involves leading technical initiatives across cloud, backend, streaming, and machine learning domains, while fostering innovation, mentorship, and robust software practices to support scalable, secure, and reliable health care solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and implementation of business-to-business platforms using Java, Spring Boot, J2EE, and related backend technologies
- Demonstrate strong proficiency with frontend frameworks such as Angular JS or React JS, along with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Design and maintain high-performance RESTful and GraphQL APIs
- Serve as technical lead for strategic projects involving cloud infrastructure, machine learning, streaming data, and backend services
- Build and manage publish-subscribe messaging systems using Kafka for resilient inter-service communication
- Work closely with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to convert business needs into technical implementations
- Conduct code reviews, guide junior developers, and advocate for software quality and testing standards
- Integrate cloud-native services into application designs to ensure performance, scalability, and security
- Advance CI/CD adoption to automate testing, builds, and deployments, strengthening software delivery pipelines
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues by identifying root causes and applying durable fixes
- Improve system performance and scalability through code optimization, cloud configuration, and infrastructure-as-code methods
- Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending improvements to development workflows
- Collaborate with internal technical leaders and open source communities on product strategy, frameworks, and roadmap planning
- Support API reuse across clients by enabling configurable and modular interfaces
- Uphold high engineering standards to build dependable distributed systems for customer-facing solutions
- Foster knowledge sharing through active collaboration and idea exchange
- Guide features from prototype stage through to production deployment
- Adapt effectively to dynamic work environments with shifting priorities and fast timelines
