Role Overview
As a Senior Software Developer, you will lead the creation and deployment of AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Python to transform how businesses operate. Your work will focus on building intelligent, automated solutions that enhance productivity and user engagement across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and deploy AI agents within Microsoft Copilot Studio to support business automation
- Integrate AI capabilities with Power Apps and Power Automate to streamline complex workflows
- Develop and extend custom connectors for seamless interaction with external data sources and services
- Enhance conversational AI behavior by improving natural language processing and data retrieval accuracy
- Diagnose and resolve performance issues in deployed agents to ensure reliability and scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine integration strategies and improve system lifecycle management
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience developing automation and AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Track record of delivering at least one fully functional solution aligned with this role’s scope
- Strong skills in Python, Power Automate, and low-code development platforms
- Familiarity with NLP principles and workflow automation design
- Working knowledge of Power Platform components such as Power Apps and Dataverse
- Ability to extend AI agent functionality within large-scale enterprise architectures
- Experience building secure, scalable automation systems on cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Understanding of DevOps practices, API integrations, and multi-agent reasoning systems
Preferred Background
- Basic knowledge of API authentication methods for custom connector development
- Advanced Python scripting for AI or automation tasks
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Agents SDK
- Hands-on work prototyping generative or autonomous AI systems
- Exposure to integrating Microsoft, SAP, or Oracle platforms
- Familiarity with AI safety validation frameworks
- Client-facing technical experience or consulting background
