Gate is looking for a Senior Software Developer, Crypto to join our Data & Engineering department. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining systems central to our crypto operations.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable software systems for crypto-related products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and implementations.
- Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions within the Data & Engineering department.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and security through best practices, code reviews, and automated testing.
- Mentor and guide other developers, sharing knowledge and promoting engineering excellence.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Senior Software Developer with a focus on backend or full-stack development.
- Deep understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and system architecture.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex technical challenges.
