Shape the future of decentralized finance by building foundational crypto infrastructure for a growing global user base. In this role, you'll lead the development of non-custodial blockchain products that prioritize user ownership, security, and seamless interaction with decentralized networks.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement on-chain solutions that give users full autonomy over their cryptocurrency holdings
- Integrate with decentralized exchanges, wallet ecosystems, and DeFi protocols to expand product capabilities
- Improve existing custodial offerings by broadening asset support and refining functionality
- Work across blockchain layers and networks, including Ethereum and Layer 2 platforms, to deliver scalable experiences
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to bring intuitive crypto features to market
- Help define technical standards and security practices for blockchain development across the organization
What We're Looking For
- Professional experience in blockchain development with a focus on smart contracts and decentralized systems
- Familiarity with Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) and Solana Virtual Machine (SVM) environments
- Solid grasp of blockchain fundamentals such as transaction lifecycle, gas efficiency, and cryptographic security
- Hands-on work with Web3 tools like ethers.js or web3.js
- Background in full-stack development using React, React Native, Ruby on Rails, Java, Kotlin, or Python
- Understanding of DeFi mechanisms including automated market makers and decentralized exchange protocols
- Commitment to secure key management practices and multi-signature architectures
- Ability to solve complex technical challenges in a fast-moving, evolving ecosystem
- Passion for open financial systems and decentralized technologies
Technology Environment
You'll work with modern blockchain tools and frameworks including ethers.js, web3.js, Ethereum, Layer 2 networks, EVM, SVM, and frontend and backend technologies such as React, React Native, Ruby on Rails, Java, Kotlin, and Python.

Compensation
Base salary range: CAD $151,200 – $189,000, with equity included. Exceptional contributors may be compensated above this range, and earnings can grow quickly based on impact.
