Responsibilities
- Ensure high reliability, availability, and performance of software systems across the development vehicle fleet.
- Participate in an on-call schedule to support critical systems during off-hours as needed.
- Develop and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and on-call tools for rapid incident detection and resolution.
- Lead incident response efforts and implement long-term solutions based on post-mortem findings.
- Create automated systems for fleet operations, software deployments, and routine tasks to minimize manual work.
- Collaborate with software, operations, and platform teams to establish service level objectives and reliability benchmarks.
- Strengthen production systems through capacity planning, change control, and reliability assessments.

- This is a full-time role based in our office in London (Hybrid 2/3 days a week min).
