Wayve is hiring a Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high reliability, availability, and performance of software systems across the development vehicle fleet.
  • Participate in an on-call schedule to support critical systems during off-hours as needed.
  • Develop and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and on-call tools for rapid incident detection and resolution.
  • Lead incident response efforts and implement long-term solutions based on post-mortem findings.
  • Create automated systems for fleet operations, software deployments, and routine tasks to minimize manual work.
  • Collaborate with software, operations, and platform teams to establish service level objectives and reliability benchmarks.
  • Strengthen production systems through capacity planning, change control, and reliability assessments.

  • This is a full-time role based in our office in London (Hybrid 2/3 days a week min).
