About the Role
The role involves designing, configuring, and deploying ServiceNow solutions within ITSM and CMDB frameworks, supporting clients through technical development and system integration while ensuring best practices and scalability.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement ServiceNow modules for IT service management
- Develop and maintain CMDB data models and integrations
- Configure workflows, forms, and business rules in ServiceNow
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical requirements
- Support system testing, debugging, and performance optimization
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs and MID Server
- Lead technical aspects of implementation projects
- Provide expertise in ITIL processes within ServiceNow environments
- Create technical documentation and system specifications
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues in production environments
- Mentor team members on ServiceNow best practices
- Participate in sprint planning and agile project delivery
- Ensure compliance with security and governance policies
- Deploy updates and manage version control across instances
- Optimize system performance and scalability
- Support client training and knowledge transfer sessions
- Administer user roles, groups, and access controls
- Customize Service Portal components and user interfaces
- Utilize JavaScript, Glide API, and server-side scripting
- Implement automated testing procedures
- Stay current with ServiceNow platform releases and features
- Translate business needs into technical configurations
- Support data migration and cleansing activities
- Work across multiple project teams and time zones
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in a technical or business-related field
