Responsibilities
- Evaluate client business processes to identify areas for ServiceNow optimization
- Gather and document functional and technical requirements from stakeholders
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to meet project needs
- Collaborate with developers and IT teams to implement system changes
- Support integration between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems
- Conduct testing to validate system functionality and data accuracy
- Translate business needs into technical specifications
- Lead user acceptance testing and coordinate feedback
- Develop training materials and conduct sessions for end users
- Maintain system documentation and configuration records
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system issues
- Ensure compliance with federal security and operational standards
- Participate in agile project teams and sprint planning
- Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions
- Support change management processes within ServiceNow
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
- Work with security teams to ensure platform compliance
- Assist in data migration and system upgrades
- Provide status updates to project managers and stakeholders
- Ensure alignment with ITIL best practices
- Support audit readiness and documentation requests
- Coordinate with external vendors when necessary
- Manage configuration items within the CMDB
- Promote consistent user experience across ServiceNow instances
- Assist in developing operational metrics and reporting
