Join our security team as a Senior Security Engineer and take ownership of our incident response and threat detection capabilities. You will be responsible for shaping the direction of our security operations, building robust monitoring systems, and leading investigations to protect critical infrastructure and customer data.
What You'll Do
- Define long-term security strategies and contribute to the evolution of our security operations roadmap
- Design, implement, and maintain systems for monitoring security events across cloud-native and traditional environments
- Investigate alerts daily, analyze application logs, and respond to incidents with clear action plans
- Lead incident scoping and remediation efforts, ensuring risks are properly assessed and resolved
- Enhance detection capabilities by integrating threat intelligence and automating response workflows
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve logging and monitoring practices
- Develop and maintain documentation, processes, and training to mature our security posture
- Communicate technical risks and incident details effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ensure alignment with industry frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 Type 2

- Proven background in security engineering with a focus on incident response and threat investigation
- Experience designing and managing security monitoring solutions
- Strong analytical skills in processing log data and identifying security events
- Ability to lead complex investigations and guide remediation efforts
- Track record of improving security tooling, documentation, and team readiness
- Experience integrating threat intelligence and automation into security workflows
- Clear communication skills when explaining risks and technical findings
- Familiarity with compliance standards including NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC 2
