Responsibilities
- Design and develop automated test frameworks using Playwright
- Write and maintain end-to-end tests in JavaScript or TypeScript
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams to identify testable features
- Ensure test coverage aligns with product requirements
- Troubleshoot and debug test failures
- Improve test execution speed and reliability
- Monitor test results and report defects
- Participate in code reviews for test code
- Maintain documentation for test frameworks and processes
- Optimize test environments for consistency and performance
- Support release validation through automated checks
- Contribute to improving software quality standards
- Analyze and reduce flaky tests
- Stay updated with advancements in testing tools and methodologies
- Mentor team members in test automation best practices
- Ensure compatibility across browsers and platforms
- Work with product teams to understand feature specifications
- Implement reusable test components and utilities
- Drive quality initiatives across the development lifecycle
