  • Partner with QA and test architects to build effective validation tools and system-level qualification processes.
  • Deliver software quality insights using static analysis, code coverage metrics, and CPU load evaluation.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in UEFI and System BIOS development for x86 or ARM platforms, with strong familiarity with EDK2.
  • Track record of delivering enterprise server firmware from concept through deployment.
  • Deep understanding of low-level interfaces including I2C, SPI, PCIe, and JTAG, particularly in server-class systems.
  • Experience with RAS (Reliability, Availability, Serviceability) features in high-end platforms.
  • Strong programming skills in C/C++ and scripting with bash or Python, with debugging experience in embedded Linux environments.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute effectively in a collaborative, global engineering environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years in firmware or systems engineering roles with demonstrated technical leadership.
