At NTT DATA Business Solutions North America, we transform SAP® solutions into Value. We are looking for a Senior SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Consultant focused on Supply Chain Management. You will guide clients through best-practice adoption, lead key project activities, and ensure the successful end-to-end deployment of public cloud solutions.
What You'll Do
- Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops across Supply Chain Management value streams, including Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics.
- Configure and deploy core SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud SCM scope items such as IM, WM Basic, Procurement, MRP, and related integrations.
- Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert for public cloud best practices, extensibility, and business process standardization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Manufacturing) to ensure integrated process design.
- Support data migration activities including template preparation, validation, and cutover readiness.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge-building initiatives.
- Support testing cycles, defect triage, and hypercare activities following go-live.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5+ years of SAP consulting experience with at least 2 years in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
- Strong SCM expertise across Procurement, Inventory Management, MRP, and Logistics Execution.
- Hands-on experience using Central Business Configuration (CBC) and SAP Fiori applications.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology.
- Deep understanding of SAP Best Practices and Fit-to-Standard methodology.
- Experience with integration across Finance, Sales, and Manufacturing modules.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and client-facing skills.
- Proven experience as a Business Process Consultant or similar role with a focus on SAP projects.
- Proficiency in industry or business process modeling and documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Nice to Have
- Relevant SAP S/4HANA Cloud certification(s).
- Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) extensibility.
- Knowledge of SAP Signavio Process Navigator and RASD tooling.
