About the Role
This role involves defining end-to-end Salesforce architectures, advising senior stakeholders, and ensuring alignment between business goals and platform capabilities across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
Responsibilities
- Own and define comprehensive Salesforce solution designs that support business goals
- Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on CRM direction and platform growth
- Design integrated multi-cloud Salesforce solutions with emphasis on Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud
- Lead discovery workshops, stakeholder engagements, and strategic roadmap planning
- Convert business needs into scalable and adaptable technical architectures
- Ensure cohesion between customer experience, business workflows, and system functionality
- Work closely with technical architects and delivery teams to enable successful project outcomes
- Enforce solution governance and maintain quality standards across initiatives
- Coach and develop team members to enhance consulting and architectural skills
- Support business development by shaping solution strategies for new client opportunities
