Responsibilities
- Build and refine advanced audience segmentation queries to support targeted campaigns across email, mobile push, and SMS
- Develop and improve dynamic personalization capabilities tailored to individual communication channels
- Architect and deploy automated workflows to streamline data movement and customer journey execution
- Integrate APIs and data connectors to enable reliable, scalable interactions between marketing systems and external platforms such as CRM, CDP, data warehouses, and analytics tools
- Work closely with marketers, business analysts, and solution architects to translate business needs into functional technical implementations
- Engage in technical design discussions, offering insights on scalability, performance, and best practices
- Maintain code quality through rigorous testing, debugging, and collaborative peer review processes
- Guide and mentor team members, promoting technical growth and shared expertise
- Monitor platform updates, new features, and evolving industry trends to continuously improve solution effectiveness
