Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications supporting online education platforms
- Collaborate with product teams to translate learning workflows into technical solutions
- Optimize system performance and scalability for high-traffic learning environments
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party learning management systems and tools
- Ensure data integrity and security across educational data sets
- Lead technical design sessions for new Salesforce features
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues
- Support CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments
- Document technical architecture and system configurations
- Mentor junior engineers on best practices in Salesforce development
- Enforce coding standards and code review processes
- Monitor system health and respond to production incidents
- Implement automation for repetitive administrative tasks
- Work with UX designers to improve user interfaces within Salesforce
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations in education
- Participate in agile planning and sprint execution
- Evaluate new Salesforce features for educational use cases
